Yummy Brownies with Big Chocolate Chunks!

Brownies are my favorite treat! I like them thick, moist, and chocolaty. These brownies are extra fudgy because they have more fat and moisture. We use butter, sugar, eggs, flour, and cocoa powder. Mixing brown sugar and a bit of oil makes them even better.

The key is not to bake them for too long. They finish cooking as they cool. Making them is easy! Just mix wet and dry ingredients, pour into a pan, and bake. In just 30 minutes, you have amazing brownies!

And don't forget the big chunks of dark chocolate! They melt in the oven, making the brownies even gooier. They're delicious warm or cool. Let's get baking!

Delicious Fudgy Cocoa Brownies Recipe with Dark Chocolate Chunks

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 7oz (200g) dark chocolate chunks or chips (optional)

Directions:

Mix butter, oil, and sugars. Then add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt. Add chocolate chunks.

Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350F/180C for 18-22 minutes.

Let cool for 30 minutes, then slice and enjoy!

Note: For fudgy brownies, a toothpick inserted in the center should come out slightly dirty. They'll continue to cook as they cool.
